Cuisine à la cocotte


After a 4th of July full of picnic goodies, I’m inspired by, and hungry for, slow cooked legumes, beef simmered stews, and softened sweet veggies made into a ratatouille.


Cuisine à la cocotte literally means cooking via a pot, or a stove top vessel such as a Dutch oven, to achieve a stew-like meal. And it takes me back to those summers in Marseille by the coast. Wouldn’t this print look darling above your stove top?
